Describe each crime or offense to a partner. Which do you think are major crimes? Which are minor offenses?
Example: “Shoplifting is when you steal things from a store. I think it’s a relatively minor offense.”

assault	mugger	but a robbery is taking something from a person and using force, or the threat of force, to do it.
burglary	burglar	a person who commits burglary (entry into a building illegally with intent to commit a crime, especially theft).
